Dutch mini pancakes recipe
This old-fashioned dutch mini pancakes are timeless and super easy to make with ingredients you might already have at home!

- 2 cups All-purposed flour
- 2,5 tsp Yeast
- 300 ml Whole milk
- 2 mediuem Eggs
- Pinch of salt
Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl
Add the yeast and the milk into the bowl. Pour in the milk little by little while mixing everything together with a whisk.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the batter rest for one hour.
When the yeast did it’s job, you will see little bubbles on the surface of your batter.
Heat the pan on medium high and coat with some butter.
Use a milk jug or can to add the batter into the pan.
Bake the mini pancakes for 3 minutes each side. Use a fork or small skewer to turn them over.
When your mini pancakes are cooked, place them on a plate with some butter and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
