Dutch mini pancakes recipe

This old-fashioned dutch mini pancakes are timeless and super easy to make with ingredients you might already have at home!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purposed flour
  • 2,5 tsp Yeast
  • 300 ml Whole milk
  • 2 mediuem Eggs
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl
  • Add the yeast and the milk into the bowl. Pour in the milk little by little while mixing everything together with a whisk.
  • Add the eggs and mix well.
  • Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the batter rest for one hour.
  • When the yeast did it’s job, you will see little bubbles on the surface of your batter.
  • Heat the pan on medium high and coat with some butter.
  • Use a milk jug or can to add the batter into the pan.
  • Bake the mini pancakes for 3 minutes each side. Use a fork or small skewer to turn them over.
  • When your mini pancakes are cooked, place them on a plate with some butter and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
